Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Our answering service will handle your non-emergency calls after hours. Please call (270) 901-3454 to schedule an appointment with Dr. Glasser, Dr. Douglas, Dr. Rowland or Desiree Hughes, APRN.

For your convenience, our on-site lab opens at 7:15am each day, Monday through Friday. We will schedule your lab, X-Ray and EKG appointments to minimize your in-office wait time. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time, or call our office if you need to reschedule.

Please bring your insurance card and your updated medication list to each visit. We will scan your insurance card and collect your copay at each visit.

Sick visits

Please call to schedule an appointment before coming to the office. Our physicians have set aside appointment times every day for urgent office visits, and we make every effort to see sick patients on the same day.

Routine appointments

These are for non-urgent, chronic medical conditions and medication refills. Please call several weeks in advance to schedule a routine appointment. We will schedule your next follow-up appointment before you leave the office. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance.

New patients

Please call several weeks in advance to schedule an appointment to establish care. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete our patient registration packet. Or, you may download our registration forms in advance, fill them out, and bring them with you when you come for your appointment.


We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards.

You can also use our secure Online Bill Pay option to pay current statement balances online without setting up an account.

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

We recommend that you call your insurance company to verify that we participate with your plan.

Please notify us if you have any change in your name, phone number, address, or insurance as soon as it occurs. And please be prepared to present your insurance card at every visit.

Cancellations or rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

Refill requests

We are happy to help with refill requests during regular office hours, so please call us at (270) 901‑3454 to let us know what you need.

After-hours & emergencies

If you have an urgent matter after hours and need to speak to a physician, please call (270) 901-3454. A live operator will answer your call and then page the Glasser Clinic provider who is on call. Please note: New prescriptions or refills for controlled substances will not be refilled after hours. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
